About Me

Driven by a deep respect for history and craftsmanship, I specialize in curating American workwear vintage denim and Japanese antique textiles. I’ve always felt my work goes beyond collecting and selling; it’s about preserving the stories, techniques, and cultural significance woven into every piece that I find.

Education and community are at the heart of what I do. I’m passionate about sharing the knowledge behind these treasures—whether it’s the evolution of classic heritage denim in American workwear or the artistry of Japanese boro mending and sashiko stitching. Through workshops, conversations, and storytelling, I strive to build a community of like-minded individuals who appreciate the beauty and legacy of these textiles.

Each item in my collection represents a journey: the hands that made it, the lives it touched, and the history it carries. By connecting collectors, creators, and regular people who are interested, I aim to inspire a deeper appreciation for these timeless pieces and the enduring values of quality and sustainability.

Why Second Son Vintage?

Second Son, comes from me being the middle child of all boys. I was constantly getting hand-me-downs from my older brother. I still carry the torch today and give my younger brother a lot of my clothes. Let's just say he has an incredible denim collection.  Thanks for stopping by and remember to "Make it Last"
